About Us

A note from Ash

When I moved to Brisbane in 2008 I got job in seafood restaurant called Fresh 'n' Wild Fish at Portside Hamilton .
I learned how to fillet fish , peel prawns, shuck oysters as well as cook all seafood.
I really enjoyed working there, and quickly realised this is my passion.
I love to chat to the customers about seafood and then serve them and amazing cooked dish or some fresh seafood for them to take home and cook themselves.
I worked there for 10 years where I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.... and now it’s time for me to open my own small family business.
However it is  not only business it’s my dream .
My beautiful wife Pooja and my little children Simran & Agam support me to open my dream store.
So here I am today opening my own Seafood Restaurant, Cafe  and Fresh Seafood Shop.
